How to get the Portable Redeploy Balloon in Warzone Season 4 Reloaded - Charlie INTEL

Here’s everything you need to know about the brand-new Portable Redeploy Ballons coming to Warzone in the Season 4 Reloaded update.

Redeploy Balloons have been a fan-favorite addition to Warzone’s Caldera, allowing players to soar across the map. Season 4 Reloaded will bring Portable Redploy Balloons, so here’s how they work and how to get them.

Tired of Verdansk, Warzone players were desperate for a brand-new map. Caldera arrived alongside Vanguard Season 1 in December, and the devs have been perfecting it ever since. Alongside chopping down the foliage, they’ve added a ton of mobility items to the game.

Although there’s an Underground Transit System that teleports players around the map, it’s the Redeploy Balloons that are the fan favorite. Season 4 Reloaded brings even more of these to the map, allowing players to place them where they like with the Portable Redeploy Balloons.

Here’s how these Portable Redeploy Balloons work and where to find them.

The Portable Redeploy Balloon arrives as a Field Upgrade in Season 4 Reloaded’s Caldera and can be found as regular loot or as a Contract reward.

Similar to how players find Dead Silence, PDS devices, or Trophy Systems, the Portable Redeploy Balloon will be found all over Caldera in chests and on the ground.

But if you want to increase your chances of acquiring one, the devs recommend you try to complete a Contract such as opening a Supply Drop.

Warzone’s Portable Redeploy Balloons can be deployed anywhere in Caldera and will stick around for 30 seconds. This means you’ll be tight for time in a squad of four, but enemies shouldn’t have enough time to follow you.

The Portable Redeploy Balloon only has half of the regular balloon’s health and doesn’t extend as high up in the air. However, you can counteract this by placing it on top of a high building or clifftop which “more than makes up for the lack in distance it can provide.”

Here’s everything we know about the the new Warzone Pacific Season 4 Reloaded update, including Terminator, new modes, and more.

Warzone Season 4 Reloaded is here, with Raven’s mid-season patch bringing the T-800 and T-1000 from Terminator and new mode Titanium Trials to the game.

Every season, Call of Duty introduces another major update halfway through the season called ‘Reloaded.’ This usually brings a new weapon, new game modes, and major quality of life updates. Season 4 is no different, with the devs dropping a brand-new crossover with the Terminator franchise, along with the new Titanium Trials mode.

Here’s everything you need to know about the Warzone Pacific Season 4 Reloaded update, including when we expect it to arrive.

The good news is that we don’t have long to wait for Warzone Season 4 Reloaded, as Raven have confirmed the patch will drop at 9 AM PT on Wednesday, July 27.

The Warzone patch drops a day after Vanguard Season 4 Reloaded, which brings a new multiplayer map to the game.

After teasing a Terminator crossover in Warzone, the Season 4 Battle Pass announcement confirmed that the T-800 and T-1000 Terminators will arrive as Store Bundles in the mid-Season update.

The T-800 is Arnold Schwarzenegger’s classic Terminator played and the T-1000 is the shapeshifting android from T2 who most often appears as a cop played by Robert Patrick. Not much else is known about these bundles, with the devs confirming we’ll know more about them later in Season 4.

Warzone’s Season 4 update added the Marco 5 SMG and UGM-8 LMG, but the Vargo-S Assault Rifle is set to arrive later in the season. Similar to the H4 Blixen and Armaguerra 43, the Vargo-S is a highly accurate AR with a fast fire rate, although it can be “outclassed in power” according to Raven.

The Vargo-S is an early prototype of Cold War’s Vargo 52, with “steady aim through sustained fire and a quick reload.”

With machines coming to Warzone, Iron Trials are no longer enough. It’s time to gear up and take on the Titanium Trials, a brand-new mode arriving as part of the Season 4 Reloaded update.

Designed to simulate the strength and durability of the Terminator, the game’s maximum base armor threshold will be raised to 300 points. Paired up with slower health regeneration, the time-to-kill in this mode will be significantly higher than we are used to.

Thankfully, each player will spawn with a Self Revive Kit to get you back in the action, while the mode features “a custom-built loot table” designed to support the higher TTK. Redacted Weapons will make an appearance in this mode, with fewer overall resources to be found in-game.

Unfortunately, we have to wait for a little bit to get into the action, as Titanium Trials won’t go live in-game until August 11, lasting two weeks.

Zombie Royale is back, with Rebirth of the Dead tasking players to “eliminate whatever threats lurk in the fog.”

In this mode, ten squads will deploy on the island, and will need to fight not only each other, but hordes of the undead as they attempt to secure victory. Any player eliminated from the match will come back as a Zombie, tasked with taking down the living that still roams the island.

Zombies will be able to respawn as Operators by finding four lone Antivirals in crates or at Buy Stations, by eliminating other Operators, or by performing a Finishing Move.

Warzone players will have two new ways to get around the island in Season 4 Reloaded, with Portable Redeploy Balloons introduced, and Armored SUVs getting a serious boost in performance.

Allowing players to get around the map quickly, these lootable items can be found as a Field Upgrade in loot, or as a Contract reward. They’ll take 30 seconds to blow up, after which you can clip on and fly into the air.

If you felt the Armored SUV just wasn’t quick enough for you, a shot of Nitrous should really get you speeding around the map.

Good news for Warzone players who grinded for Vanguard Zombies camos, as they will now be available in the battle royale moving forward.

The skins will be available on Caldera, Fortune’s Keep, and Rebirth Island, so you’ll be able to show off your achievements wherever you play.

Titanium Trials: Endurance New Mode | August 11th through 24th

First there were the Iron Trials – now, inspired by the rise of machines in the near future, it’s time for all Operators to gear up for the Titanium Trials in Caldera.

This work was completed during Season Four but is listed here for comprehensiveness.

Vanguard Redacted Weapons made their debut at the launch of Fortune’s Keep. These Weapons not only include a 10-attachment setup but also contain an exclusive Redacted gun perk!

This Weapon perk is a combination of some of the more desirable gun perks: Fleet, Steady, Perfectionist, Vital, Hardscope, Brace, Spotter, Awareness, Wreck, Mechanic, Fast Melee and Onhand.

Needless to say, a redacted Weapon is an extremely dangerous and highly sought after piece of loot. What’s more, you’ll be able to find additional rare Redacted Weapons in Titanium Trials: Endurance!

We are closing in on 200 Weapons in Warzone, and with so many to choose from it can be difficult to know what the right choice is when returning to the game for a new season. Starting in Season Four Reloaded, we will be rolling out a new feature with some Players where select Weapons of each category will be flagged as “Recommended” to help guide toward a Weapon that is currently performing well within its class.

The current health of the Long-Range Assault Rifle category is not where we’d like it to be, as it stands, the best performing builds are ones that result in the least amount of recoil. It’s high time we take a pass at some of the major outliers so that Vanguard Assault Rifles are less likely to devolve into pin-point accurate lasers. While some Weapons are intentionally made to be easier to control, those should receive penalties to their damage profile which we will roll-out over time.

The following shotguns Max Pellet Damage have been increased by 26%

Fun fact, the recoil booster was previously only boosting horizontal recoil.

Serpentine has become the most powerful Perk in Warzone Season 4 and the Season 4 Reloaded update finally gives it a highly-requested nerf.

Warzone players have been desperate for the “overpowered” Serpentine Perk to be nerfed, and the change finally arrives with the Season 4 Reloaded update.

Counterplay is a top priority for Warzone’s developers Raven Software, believing that everything should be countered by something else. To combat one-shot Sniper Rifles and situations where players are unable to react to getting beamed by an Assault Rifle, they added Vanguard’s Serpentine Perk.

Serpentine reduces all incoming damage when sprinting, and players almost immediately kicked back against its inclusion. They’ve called it the “dumbest Perk” ever added and said it makes the game far too difficult, so have been calling for nerfs.

These nerfs will finally arrive during Warzone’s Season 4 Reloaded update.

Warzone Season 4 Reloaded is here, introducing the new Vargo-S Assault Rifle, the Rebirth of the Dead mode, and significant changes to Fortune’s Keep. But one addition players will be particularly happy with is the Serpentine nerf.

Raven Software will decrease Serpentine’s damage reduction from 20% to 15%, meaning it’ll take fewer shots to down someone using Serpentine.

It’s not a huge nerf on paper, so we’ll need to see the post-nerf Serpentine in action to know how much of an effect it’ll have. But at the very least, it shows that Warzone’s developers are aware of how powerful it was before, and you can expect more changes if players still aren’t happy.

Raven confirmed that the changes haven’t gone live with Season 4 Reloaded’s launch, but are aiming to release it shortly after alongside the Sniper Rifle buffs.

If the Perk is still too powerful for your liking, you can check out our guide on how to counter the Serpentine.

Warzone players hated Warzone Season 4’s loadout drop menu change, but the devs have confirmed that more options are on the way.

Warzone’s developers introduced a major change to how players access their custom loadouts at the start of Season 4. Following a ton of backlash, Raven have confirmed they’re introducing a new feature to suit everyone.

Before June’s Warzone Pacific Season 4, Warzone’s Loadout Drop cursor would always hover over the last picked option. This allowed players to pick their preferred loadout while in the pre-game lobby, regardless of its position in the list.

Raven Software said many players found this too confusing, so made it so that the cursor would always hover over the first option. But, this went against many players’ muscle memory, and they called for change. Raven have heard the complaints and will be introducing more options down the line.

In a call with content creators ahead of Warzone Season 4 Reloaded, Raven Software confirmed that they’ll give players the choice between the new loadout selection system and the old one. When implemented, players will pick whether they want their cursor to start at the top or on their last selected option.

Raven don’t have an exact date for when we can expect the loadout selection change to come in but suggested that it could come in around Season 5.

Once the change comes in, players will have a lot more choice in how they arrange their loadouts. Their go-to doesn’t have to be at the top of the list anymore, but players who prefer the simplicity of it always being at the top will have that option too.

In the meantime, there are plenty of exciting changes in Season 4 Reloaded. The brand-new Vargo-S Assault Rifle has arrived alongside the Rebirth of the Dead mode, Titanium Trials, and Terminator skins. Plus, Warzone players can unlock new camos for completing Titanium Trials challenges.
